Building NewCos to transform government delivery.
A practitioner-led forum for UK government leaders establishing, incubating and scaling new delivery organisations — sharing what actually works, in confidence, with peers who have done it.
A new organisation, built to deliver what the old one cannot.
A NewCo is a purpose-built delivery organisation, structurally separated from its parent department to escape legacy technology, fragmented accountability and constrained capability. It is given its own leadership, decision rights, funding and ways of working — with a clear mandate to deliver transformation at pace.
UK government is increasingly exploring NewCo-style models. But there has been no established place for senior leaders to compare approaches, share lessons candidly, and develop practical models for establishing, incubating and scaling these organisations. This community exists to change that.
